Spicy Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 1 large cucumber
For the Sauce:
- 1 garlic clove, grated or minced
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chile powder
- 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp plain sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prep the Cucumber: Dice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
- Make the Sauce: In a separate, smaller bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
- Combine: Pour the sauce over the cucumbers and gently mix until well coated.
- Serve: Enjoy as a snack, appetizer, or side dish.
