Nichole Aramapakul reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms.

PAYMENT TERMS
All services and products offered on this Site are subject to specific payment terms and disclosed at time of purchase. Please see our refund policy below.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the Nourish Academy: Personalized Coaching Program, but we also encourage you to give your best effort to apply all the strategies provided. We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for the program, governed by the following terms.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 5 days after the date of your first coaching session, by 4:59 PM PDT (“Refund Period”). You must include the required coursework with your refund request as outlined below. If your request does not include the necessary coursework by the end of the Refund Period, your refund will not be granted.

You must submit ALL of the following items with your refund request:

•  Requirement 1: Complete and attach at least five sentences detailing your experience with the program and what you attempted to implement.
•  Requirement 2: Share your goals for joining the program and how they were not met.

Refund requests received after the 5-day Refund Period will not be processed. Following this period, all payments are non-refundable, and you remain responsible for the full payment of the program fees regardless of completion.

If you opted for a payment plan and do not request a refund within the Refund Period, you are legally obligated to complete the remaining payments.

Upon verifying that you qualify for a refund under this policy, we will instruct our payment processor to issue the refund promptly. Please note that we cannot expedite refunds as we do not control the payment processing system. The decision to grant a refund will be at the discretion of Nichole Aramapakul, based on the requirements submitted.

If a refund is issued, you must immediately cease using all materials provided to you under this program, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, and access to any member areas or communities.

All refunds are at the discretion of Nichole Aramapakul. Refund requests made after the Refund Period will not be honored, and all payments must be made in a timely manner. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law.

Because of the extensive time, effort, and resources that go into creating and providing this program, we maintain a no refund policy outside the limited refund policy described above. By participating in the program, you agree that, except for the limited refund options, all sales are final.

We do not tolerate chargeback threats or actions. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies, which may negatively impact your credit score. The report will include your name, email address, order date, amount, and billing address.
